On the covered terrace can accommodate 8 people. An open barbecue fireplace can be used for cozy barbecues. 2 bedrooms have an access to a balcony overlooking green olive groves, vineyards and the sea on the horizon.
The individual privacy is ensured by an overgrown fence around the property, so that children can play carefree.
In addition to the house is a modern, spacious and lighted carport created in which the vehicles (even higher cars) can find shade.
A separate room with washing machine can be used for parking bicycles.
