Villa Sunset in Buzinija is located just a short distance from the harbor town of Novigrad – about 3.5 km to the sea / beach.

The spacious holiday villa in the classic style of an Istrian stone house  offers the ultimate in luxury and is characterized by a very tasteful design of all rooms.  The new holiday villa (completion 2016) – built according to German standards – is very harmoniously furnished and offers the best conditions for families, couples and friends for an unforgettable holiday.

For our guests there is a (on request) heatable outdoor pool (26 m² – 1,5m deep). The illuminated pool is followed by a spacious sunbathing area with solar shower, sun loungers and large umbrellas.

From the living and dining room leads onto a spacious covered terrace, which offers plenty of space and shadow on hot summer days . An open fireplace invites you to cozy barbecues.

From both bedrooms you can access the large covered balcony with a view to the sea in the west. 2 hanging chairs provide perfect conditions for relaxation.

The well-kept green area with palm trees, fig trees and an olive tree offers  illuminated at night a special atmosphere.
There is an overgrowed fence around the property for the privacy so children can play carefree.

A storage room with washing machine can u.a. be used for parking bicycles.

In front of the house is a roll-up lockable parking space on which two vehicles can be parked.

The living area of ​​approx. 250 sqm extends over 2 full floors. All living rooms and bathrooms have an individually adjustable LED ambience lighting, which can be adapted to the mood.

On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a large living area on one side offers a beautiful view over the garden and pool to the sea on the horizon. On the other side the view sweeps over green olive groves and vineyards, behind which one can sometimes even see the alpine panorama on the horizon.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining bar with 4 bar stools.

Opposite to the kitchen is the open stylishly furnished dining area with a large dining table and  sideboard. For cool evenings, an indoor fireplace provides cozy warmth and the flickering crackling fire creates a cozy atmosphere.

 

On the ground floor is one of the three bedrooms, upstairs are the other two bedrooms, which are equipped with box spring beds, large built-in cabinets incl. Safe and   42 “/ 32” LCD satellite SmartTV´s.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, sink, rain shower and hair dryer – in the master bedroom´s bathroom there is additional a bath and bidet.
